As Salesmen, we are employed to solve the problem of ensuring that the product or service of the Company is actually used. These products and services are numerous. We sell anything. We do not always believe in what we are selling, but to keep the income we just do anything to keep the job. We can be likened to prostitutes. As far as the bills are paid we would manage the job.

We need to change this perspective.


As salesmen, we should be creative. There are so many fantastic ideas we can employ for ourselves.

Look around, we have so many shops, but how many are actually doing well?

I have noticed that in order to keep the Salesforce busy, we just look for activities to fill in the teams' time. The Sales team lacks the ability to think for themselves, they enjoyed being chased around like kids (shame) We have problems in sales, have we thought about the solutions. Everything around us needs structure. Let us stop thinking about "how to pay the bills" and begin to thinks about how to solve the problems which surround us.

Opportunity meets what is at hand.

If you have nothing at hand, the opportunity will not come.

Every day, opportunities arise, the ability to see it is important, opening your mind enables you to see things in different angles.


If you are on a Sales team, you are smart enough to be a CEO.
